Before viewing the vehicle, I contacted the salesman four times over the phone. My request was for the vehicle to undergo a full service, cleaning, and MOT, but as I did not possess the service record book, there was no evidence to support this. Despite being informed that a three-month warranty would be provided, no stamp or relevant information was provided. Additionally, although I received a booklet, the vehicle was not registered with the warranty company. Upon returning to Birmingham, I noticed a tiny windscreen chip and an engine management sign appeared. When I raised these issues with the salesman, he claimed to be unaware of them and subsequently arranged for a new AA warranty package. However, despite my request for the service information, I was only provided with an invoice and have yet to receive the service record book. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience.
